Committee Meeting - Minutes

06 April 2010

 

1. Present: Ruth Cullen, George Dann, George Steadman, Chris Kime, James Bell, Paul Kisby, Daryl Kisby

 

2. Apologies for absence: Andy Mitchell

 

3. Correspondence: CK has paid and sent the entry for the Green League next season.

 

4. Dinner dance: Sat 24th April, 7:30 for 8pm. Tables of 8-10. Each team to have person responsible for selling tickets.

George Dann will email tickets to those people. Raffle prizes required.

 

5. Memorial match: Sun 25th April, 11am onwards

 

6. Summer league: Fixtures done. 10 teams, commencing early May. DK to get trophy back from Louth. GS to confirm cost of pitch hire.

 

7. Any other business: Andy Mitchell raised the issue of players for 2nd team next season, and also who will Captain.

Mixed 7’s provisionally booked for 27.06.10

 

Trophies to be returned this weekend ready for Presentation Night.

 

8. Date time and place of next meeting: AGM 16.05.10, 1pm, followed by a match to encourage more people to attend.
